Plutorial is a web application designed to help users conduct and manage customer research projects. The Service includes, but is not limited to, research project creation, participant management, data collection, analysis tools, and reporting features.

4.2. By uploading User Content, you grant Plutorial a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
4.3. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it.
5.1. The Service uses a credit system for conducting research projects. Credits can be purchased through our payment system.
5.2. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
5.3. We reserve the right to modify the pricing and availability of credits at any time.
You agree not to use the Service to:
6.1. Upload any content that infringes on intellectual property rights or violates any applicable laws.
6.2. Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
6.3. Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
6.4. Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Plutorial and its licensors.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall Plutorial, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes to these Terms.
